ummmm.. you need work on creating depth, flow, lighting. dont blur the psd just blend it into the rest of the sig. text is lame. wat is that like mutlu or sumthin? jus work on it, itll take time. but as of now, it aint tha good. looks like a blurred image of T.I. on paint and then you used spray can around it. sorry dude but thas if im honest.

im def.not feeling this..its way too much as a Manip..and I personally dont like manips..the text is rlly hard to see...and the back ground..if u look on the right side...YOu see a Line..it looks like U used the same Pick..and Overlaped it...
