Rampage got robbed IMO,Forrest won round 2 and possibly round 5 Even if round 2 is a 10-8 round it shoulda either been a draw or a Rampage win

I would agree if I were judging, but the judges they
have follow certain guidelines. By those guidelines
I think it's not surprising that Forrest won. He was
the one pushing the pace and was busier... He
created the illusion of winning, even though
    Rampage connected with better shots.

I think Forrest can beat Machida in the same fashion
as he did to Rampage tonight.

I had 8 ppl over at my house for this fight. . . the consensus was thet Griffin won, but wasn't enough to dethrone the champ of his current title.

Bottom line is that Jackson acted like a bitch for half the fight, and even acknowledged it in his ending speach. . . .I will definately be paying for the rematch again, though.

    IMHO, I couldn't bitch either way. .

That's what I was thinking. But let's face it, he's the UFC's model champ. More renowned for his toughness than his skill set, and he's a product of the organization.

    I had Rampage winning 48-47

there wasnt a 10-8 round... Forrest didnt have Rampage in enough trouble to warrant a 10-8. Those are only to be given out when a fighter is completely dominated and is close to being finished... Forrest didnt cause nearly enough damage for that.

    First off, Silbert is crazy...
Scoring it 49-46 and giving Jackson only round 4? WTF? Was he asleep for Round 1?

You're supposed to be the MMA guru, but I'm a casual fan and even I know the second round was a clear-cut 10-8. Did you somehow miss those 4 and a half minutes where Griffin kept the mount and rained short elbows on Rampage's face, with Rampage not even deflecting the majority of them? Sure they didn't do a whole lot of damage, but Rampage did NOTHING to stop them. The only thing he was able to defend against was that early armlock attempt. What more did he have to do to get a 10-8?

Rampage doesn't bleed. And he doesn't sweat either, it's just his skin spitting.

You need to put the other fighter in trouble to the point the fight is almost stopped. Rampage was never close... he was getting dominated position wise... but never took that much damage...

But even if you judge that round 10-8... I would have it a draw.

(and this is based of me judging over 100 professional fights)
Obviously nothing like the UFC though... but UFC judges are pathetic.... they are appointed by the NSAC (when they are in Nevada). You know what it takes to get a UFC assignment by the NSAC??? Pay a licensing fee... and kiss enough ass that the NSAC bigwigs like you. It has NOTHING to do with understanding MMA.
