I threw on 2 effects lol, but thanks. I just thought it was too plain before, I so I added splatter effect behind her.

I see more than one. You got textures/brushes all over the place
placed randomly, you blurred her up looking random, you got that
ripple effect going on, you duplicated her on both sides, you got
some overlays going on, etc... You should first come up with
a concept before you put in work.
I used smudge, a few grunge brushes and splatter. Don't tell me what I used.
