A brick wall once told me...
I need change, because gas prices are too high;
the fuel for our economy is too expensive -
we'll soon die. I heard a rumor from our president,
that the clouds will cry out for help; & maybe
they'll leave, letting the sun bully our residents...
I need change, because I can't afford my cousin
gifts for Christmas; the birth of a god - yet
he refuses to help a man in need? Deeds
won't be done unless moneys involved...
I need change, an epidemic of diseases spread
throughout the nation - no medication;
NOTE: SEEK SALVATION.
Wait, he's to busy trying to find the guy
some money for his relatives Christmas gifts.
I need change, Dr. Martin Luther King,
the king of equalness who died by his friendlyness.
Now men are being hanged, tortured - raped;
even worse, called a disgrace?
I need change, children seeking refuge
in foster homes; only to be beaten by their
only parental figure, or raped until they get bigger.
I need change, a whole genocide raves on in
countries belonging to foregners - we don't care.
I NEED CHANGE...
I'm painted on the minds of steriotypical people;
who'd rather blast their music than last with improvement.
Life's brutal so they'd rather ignore it - all the while
they take their time walking by me; instead of finding
a new life style that'll be worthwhile. Its THAT vital...
So, go back to your life at home - with garden gnomes,
water hoses; bloody noses, but please leave knowin' this:
I NEED CHANGE.
Now, go on with your life & have a nice day.
