i have a 2003 crown vic with nearly 300,000 miles on it. stock system...broken cassette player so all i can listen to is the radio.....yes i said cassette and not cd.

I drive a '96 Buick Century hoopty... got a Clarion deck, 2 Kenwood 12's (used to have 2 Concept 12's) runnin' off a Visonik 1000 watt class D mono amp, Alpine 6x9's and Infinity 4x6's on a Kicker 300 watt amp, I run the small speakers through a 9 band eq first... it all bangs pretty hard, sounds real good... it ain't high dollar shit, but it all works well...

so i got tha subs and the box for 60 and the amp form sum guy for 30 and i run it with a 1500 watt power cord

well my main system... is two 13.5 JL Audio w7s... it took me awhile to find an amp i liked on these subs cuz the JL 1000/1 slash series is to pricey... my homie had a zapco 2000w which sounded amazing but wasnt enough power for two of these subs... they are pricey amps also... then went with a 1000w arc audio amp which had power but wasnt very smooth... later found a 1100@2 RF Transana amp ("96") series which blew even the slash series off the charts cuz bridged it was rated at 2800w RMS so i got two of these for $350 a piece!
