Other than that, Photoshop CS2 will help you out but I wouldn't rely on just downloading it and having the mixtape cover done within a day or two. It's going to take you about a year (actually, for you, a few years) to even learn it well enough.
Ask somebody to do it, that's the safest bet. You should probably go about it by asking 'Can anybody make me a mixtape cover?'
I thought i'd throw that in, in case you need any more of lifes simplest questions answered.

You can google "photoshop express" and make a cd cover online without having to download any unnecassary programs
