This is actually pretty dope, only the thing with your remixes is that you can always tell they're remixes. Like, if I'd have never heard this song before and just listened to your version without knowing it was a remix, I'd know it. You gotta work on mixing the beat more with the track itself to try and remove the whole "This is totally not original" feel to it. Sort of work on doing it as if there was no original if that makes sense to you.

i make these remixes around the acapellas, i dont shop the remixes, i just do em for fun, and practice. I dont get part of what your saying though as far as "get rid of the 'this is totally not original' feel", are you referring to some melodys i'm using not being original or the feel im creating not being original... what he's saying is... you've got to give the beat a more better feeling... when you do that... you won't have a mixing problem... cause the beat doesn't sound like Timbaland produced it... it sounds more like Kris Cain did a remix to it you know? like... if I heard this on the radio without ever hearing the song I'd know Just Blaze didn't produce this... and be like wtf..!? This doen't even sound like Cool & Dre..?! wth..!? This is wack since I know those aren't Dre drums... plus... your beat and the acapella... are mixed perfectly together so... it's not right... doesn't even sound as good as when she sung it live at the mtv music awards... if you played the acapella by itself... and then put the beat under it and mixed it to sound like they were done together maybe then it'd be illness...
