An Actors Dairy

My vision mottles, I’m seeing blue stars, forcing a groan
A cough follows, should be checked into a nursing home
I'm dodging through a labyrinth of rocks and snakes
I'm 2 days off the spirits, now I’ve got the shakes
Another 6am start, heartache and hard labour
It's a long road to the top, I’d always thought I’d start major
Acting now for peanuts, doubling as a techie
In a company with speed sluts, now I’m humble and ready
Plus this twisted addiction has fought my stature
The rapture, liquid rush, now my thoughts are fractured
A recovering alcoholic with stars in his eyes
Swift writer in the spotlight with bars on the rise
Running with this play, watch the plot as it lasts
Life's always looking better through the bottom of glass
I've found my Cinderella, and yeah i planned it right
I want to reach for her, but my hands are tied
I'm no Prince Charming, just a rat in a cage
Toxic blood, over stressed and cracking with rage
Hell, I’m pushing anaemic, even my hairs thinning
Seeing happy fella’s and chasing after their women
This state impairs wisdom, maybe I should stop, right?
But despite all this shit, I’m happy in the spotlight

..well only thing actually wrong with this was the grammar..you spelled Diary wrong..lol I was reading the title an was like? ..im pretty sure he didn't mean to say Dairy haha..but I liked the story..it was pretty deep, the wording was there..it flowed well..you had a good rhyme scheme, overall it was a pretty good piece, could had been a little longer though. good to have you back to RB, keep writing.

man whats up homie... i havent seen you on here in a long while..either way..nice drop....i dig the imagery...very vivid....your wordplay was ill...vocab as well....no real complaints..i like the way you conveyed a recovering alcoholics life after the bottle step by step..all in all a very solid piece...kinda short..but nothing other than that really wrong with it..and even that was only minor..hit up the collab between engivale,vortex,mortuus and my self titled "teh 4 seasons"..keep droppin tha hottness.~1~

^^^actually its write well...not good...lol...thought i would get into this whole correcting gram craze yall got goin...anyway i felt this piece the imagery really took us through the mind of this struggling character and through some of his issues...the addiction vibe was right on point and this piece also flowed nicely as well...all in all i would say it was a strong read and not much on the down side...cheers.
