The Samson is ight... use the noise filter if there is one- its good for gating any studio vocals. Mess with the setting on it and theyll be perfect for any recording you do.
Slight reverb depending on how natural you want it to sound. You can also mess with delays etc to fill some "empty" areas.
Just try your own shit with it... fuck about with the program and try every setting on different stuff. Use plugins if you can- google reverb plugins and shit if you can load them onto the program. No one can offer you advice since we dont know what youre trying to do
P.S. If you dont have a pop filter and there is popping in your vocals first home-make a pop filter for next time by using some sort of materal that has gaps in it over a wire frame infront on your mic haha. And for previous pops use a hipas (lowcut) filter on the pop of the vocal.

Get Nuendo. I use to be a strong user of adobe audition/cool edit. I got Nuendo 3, and it blows it away. My quality sounds great, I can mix how I want to, with a 25 dollar mic! If you want, I can hook you up with Nuendo 3.

and yo paze, you just told me what i don't need to know. I use a reverb, I use noise reduction and all that shit. i just wanna know a different way....something totally different. of course it will also have reverb, but a different kind maybe. or w/e maybe I'll just ask someone who has the same mic. and see what they do with their mixing.
my mics not shitty.......but it's really basic. easy to work with
it is a shitty mic. what mic isn't basic? it's a mic. no one can tell you how to mix. there are plenty of tutorials all over the net including in this forum that can help you.
