When someone first comes to this site, what should be their first impression of this site?
What direction is this site trying to get at?
Is this a site for underground rappers to connect?
Or is this just another generic forum with a good name and mostly for text battling?
I think that all newcomers think that RB is some kind of cool place, where people are actually interested in rap. Little do they know how wrong they are.

No, SmokaJoka is a supermod. I took the ban option away from the mods because mods have traditionally not had ban options, and it's really not needed anyway. They were using the "warning" system the wrong way. You complain a lot about unfair bannings, but strangely enough, I have never seen you post about one in the thread stickied for exactly that purpose. It's a the top of the lounge. So I guess you just like to bitch, you cry all the goddamn time, it's pretty pathetic. Go away.
The direction the site goes in is up to the members. In the past years we have branched out quite a lot. But we can't force the site in one direction or another, all we can do is help it along. Although this site has always tried to force people into audio... it clearly hasn't worked. Their first impression of the site? I'm not really sure what it should be, what it is? A place to relax and participate in basically any kind of writing you want to...

Exactly^ there is now banning requests that have to be addressed by Smods or admin bro, in the past people were getting banned because of dumb shit by mods just doing it to do it. Believe me, there has been more than a few occasions where I seen ban requests get denied. I think RB staff as a whole has gotten a lot better since a few years ago but then again I never had a problem with them. If you just come here to do what you do instead of fucking around (not saying you, in general)and complaining and constantly posting bs threads about why this and why that and making everyone elses life more challenging its no wonder why people could careless if your here or not. Makes ya kinda wonder if your being singled out for doing nothing, or singled out for complaining about shit. Hmmm, I wonder.
About the topic, well I believe the site name has a lot more potential then a majority of the site. But then again once you here for a couple you understand that there is other sites that specialize in other things. The members make the site what it is like feebs said. Nobody can make someone do somthing. But as staff I personally try to encourage anyone and help anyone out in topics that I am knowledgable in. If you want to get into audio Ill try to help you and so on and so forth, and the majority of the other mods are the same way with what they know about etc.

What do you want us to do? Magically help you? Use the thread that's there for it, stuck at the top of this forum. And it would be a lot easier for us if you posted about it right away instead of waiting a month. But we can still help you if you address the issue now instead of wondering what happened.
