Real talk. I've stopped dong weighted excercises and im so much more explosive and powerful. Hand stand pushups, dips, pullups, gorilla chins, squats, elevated pushups, sprints, burpees > anything weights can give you.
Right now, I dont see anybody fucking with me in the ring thats an amateur the other day I sparred with someone who gave me a work over couple months back, and I wrecked him, I knocked him onto the ground with a hook, and my jab is stronger than my hook.
In bball I was hooping yesterday, my speed and jumping is just so much better and powerful, i was knocking niggas around..
