Most of us are on RB everyday, and most of us are getting better at every OM's. I don't know why but Witness and Baron should be mods. And if that does happen the admins wouldn't do a mod change for like a month. So, until then everyone chip in and do something.
The Admins aren't lazy, they do a lot for the site.
