Was inspired, and am going to drop early...

Inspite lies, you’ve heard. I never loved her.
It’s why I left early, and stuffed pillows under covers
She’d waken, from her sleep and pace in front of
a shell of the man I once was, that’s where I come from

Left Behind
A new day arose from the ashes of my previous fate,
began on a simple date, would last forever by design,
smelling sweat saturated scars, It felt necessary to combine.
Marriage was a sacred place among a world of anger,
when we tied the knot, I was merely a stranger.
As my past trickled down the forehead to the brow,
wondering what she would allow, I started to bow,
begging forgiveness before the words left my face,
feeling disgrace and out of place, I began to chase
the well known attributes of fear down a dark alley,
the forefront of a rally, back and forth through the valley.
Without warning, I released the worst of my timeline,
and found a fine line to walk as our time would align,
trapped in the past of ex’s and righteously wrong decisions,
expected these actions to create incisions of tactical precisions.
The reaction bewildered my senses, astonishment set in,
I was prepared to regret sin, and once again hang the chin
she concluded with saying I was forgiven before I’d begin.
It was the future she was concerned with, nothing more
be a good husband, through richer or poor, she’d implore .
What a relief, a sensation of complete serenity invoked
gasping on the truth, drops of reality left me sweat soaked.
Equipped with forgiveness, she eased my soul to rest,
she left behind my wretched past, now we would invest.
Ending this scenario she spoke an important fast murmur,
she’ll love me till the day I die, if she’s not on the back burner
now i gotta give that dude rewind his props because he killed those lines
the first and only rapper on this website that i think can rap, i feel that in a battle between me and rewind that it'll be a nice fucking battle.
