    You need software to do it, like photoshop or imageready. Do you have a sequence of images your trying to create an animation with or what are you trying to do?

    If you don't have imageready or photoshop and don't feel like torrenting them, you can always google looking for a gif animation program or use GIMP, <-its like a free photoshop wana-be
