well i'm always writin lyrics and i have no beat so i'm gonna start. so i got Image Line FruityLoops Studio Producer Edition XXL v7.0.0 RC5 and wanted to ask if it is good or not???

yes it's good.

one of the best "non-DAW" sequencers available.
you'll need to look for sounds and stuff too, cuz the default sounds that come with FLStudio are made for electronica, and techno.

^All over the net. Try some production sites or maybe a p2p program, like Limewire, for instruments/vsts. In the tutorial section there's also a thread with a lot of links to free stuff. You can pretty much find anything you'e looking for free if you look hard enough.

It's seriously easy compared to some other aps. Just keep at and before you know it you'll be wondering why you ever thought it was hard.

Hey MoZzZeRiS,

I am a beginner like you. I downloaded the FL 6 demo but I agree with you in that it looks quite confusing!

But everyone on the forum has been really helpful, and I'm sure we will get the hang of it if we keep working at it.
