Close battle I thought both came weaker than ive seen them drop. I got it level on quotables but im gunna go with philly cuz i liked the goodyear and federline bars quite a lot and he had a couple of other bars like the big deal line which i would have quoted but wording fucked it up.

the rhyme skeme was kind of nice, the punches tho, some hadnt held enough power compared to philly, the first two bars and the legends punch is the only real damaging lines in this verse, everything else came within the consistency, still a nice verse

Hard battle to judge, Philly had 30 lines Vs 24 lines from Feeble. both had the same level of consistency issues throughout, Philly had 5 lines I liked, compared to 4 from Feeble....if he had matched Philly to 30, it would of been easier to decide the winner from this. I'll go with Feeble here though he had different range of punches while Philly stuck with homo punches through the majority of his verse, just a little lacking in the diversity department.
