for vocals, I have an Eureka pre, I put the output of it on -6
but im sick of Rasing the Daw Channel up so i was wondering,
Is a Maximixer would be good? for a send and return?

also

I use the Waves SSL 4000 plug in. but i wondering, what do you think of the
T.C Eletronic Finalizer would it be better?

i'm not quite getting what your trying to ask on the first question

why would you have to raise the volume in the daw if your only at -6 output?



as far as the plugins... the finalizer and the waves SSL bundles are 2 differnt types of plugins.

what are you trying to accomplish with them? Then i can tell you which one would be the better tool for the job.
