I wont sleep.. I will actually stay up downing myself
until I create something I feel is real good. Or I'll break
something... or maybe draw until my hand is in pain.

I do. When i graphic design and i know i can finish it, im pretty hard on myself and cant sleep until i finish it or set a goal i have to reach before i lay in bed.
im hyper critical on assignment i write.

i criticize myslef on everything i do, im a runner for instance, and every race i run i always say that i could have done better, im really bad on my writing too, i never think anything i write is good

I am sooo hard on mslef when im recording or writing for a battle. I keep starting over again and again. When Its "done" I still ghate it too the fact that I wont let anyone read it or hear it then I'll be up all night reading it or listening too it then I think of ways to better it. I am too critical on myself

Nah, if I do something wrong I just give up on it.
That's the way to be.
If I play Football (Soccer) and i have a generally bad game, I wouldn't particularly beat myself up about it as it's all about form and how you enter the game.
However, if I mess up a few occasions such as a Goalscoring Oppurtunity, I'll run the scenario in my head over and over again thinking about what I should've done until the next game or I get put in a similar oppurtunity.
