i went to a local hip-hop show that was put together by a few people from my local area (being my county lol) and to say the least it was shite lol... thing is i knew a few people who were doing it or involved in it. see a good frieind of mine was dj'in for 2 guys who were about 16-17 and sooo shit i was unreal i made eye contact with my friend and we both cracked up in hysterics. i dont like my local artist they shite... london is were the good uk heads come from and im stuck u north... got good dj's tho... and dancers...

depends what you listening to, if its grime/garage then it annoys me too, like been said on here before that what most US heads have heard. as for our hip hop scene my 2 favourite dj's are uk heads, DJ Format, RJD2. DJ Yoda is uk as well i think aint he? and DJ Scratch we good in that department but they more breakbeat... gotta love so solid and Oxide and Neutrino (bound for the, bound bound for reload!!!!)...

aww man u made me cryj5 are my fav group, that is hip hop to me but that my taste lol... i used to like the 'gangsta' rap shit but got fed up by the time dre - 2001 came out (not that album just that year ish) and got into j5 type stuff, which talks about other shit instead of bentleys, watches, jewelry etc only so many songs you can make about that lol. i prefer the flow of words and the skills used to make em rhyme then a true life story about how bad the streets are etc take DJ Format - Ill Culinary behaviour for example, Abdominal talks about music but talking about it like its food its really good. Oh dont forget Del the Funky Homosapian he is awsome...
