I've seen you online long enough to know your serious about your music and will be making it for a long while. SO in that case I strongly recommend you just save up real quick and buy some software since you cant download it. Thats much more worth it than attempting to make beats on cool edit.

meh i would have to say the easiest program to use would be FL Studio and you can come out with more then decent productions like i do but yeah just buy the software and you should be good

it is very possible to make beats in cooledit....thats what i used to do...cuz all i had other than that, was Hip-Hop EJay 2....so id go in hip hop e-jay 2, make my loops, create my soundsw whatever whatever, and then place them all wherever i wanted in cooledit...

but its a BIG pain in the ass, and not worth the time....so id go with what ythey said.....
smack an old lady in the head with a brick, taker her purse, then run to guitar center...its either 150 or 200 dollars for the nicest FL...but id reccomend waiting until FL 7 comes out..it has more, and nicer shit that comes with it...
