Saving as .mp3 and .wav works about 5% of the time, other times the file just has a name and nothing else.

I contacted them but it says it cant take upto 3 days for a reply.

maybe you got a corrupted file in your installation software.
wait for them to correspond with you.
They replied about 10 mins ago.
They told me that my settings were not good for saving so they dont work will all instruments, fx etc.
