My cousins a supervisor at a factory where they make Ham..shit is DISGUSTING. I took a tour a few weeks ago. They showed ham in it's liquid form and how they mold it, and the 'filler' they add just to increase volume.
I never liked eating packaged ham anyway..but I'll never eat it now.. stick to 'on the bone' shit.
