Ok, first off let me say, this is topical only, because I only do topicals, so I can't help you with any other shit. But any topical writer can join, and when i say that, I mean anyone at all. I don't care if your wack as fuck, shit I don't care if you can't even put two sentences together. I'm here to help anyone who wants to be helped. There are other people who could probably help you more than I can, because their either more expereinced, or better. But I don't see any of the really dope topical writers doing anything to help people enjoy writing.
