its alright as far as creativity and rhyme go, but the flow needs work, imo. there were a few funny lines but most of it sounded like filler, like:

Cuz u dont wanna get ya hands dirty, like the Board of Health

doesn't make sense to me. but im picky as hell and im new to all this, so take it with a grain of salt and all that. i like it, though, just needs some more work and it could be alot better.
