I mean build them from scratch, ordering the parts and whatnot.

what sites do you use to order parts, i know about eggnew, and tiger direct.

i would like to find barebone kit tho for cheap but with good stuff.

plz don't say ebay or anything like it.

I think opey said he build his computer or sumthing like that a while, info plz.

Actually, those two are the best ones I know of.

I also hear computer conventions or those wholesale things are the best way to get parts.

I want to get a motherboard with PCI x graphics port on the north side when i start playing with 3d graphics.

I just have a built in graphics card now with my Dell that I use for 2D stuff... I got alot of mem, fsb speed, and hard drive speed for it, which is what's more important with 2D stuff.
