I'll answer the 2nd question first... you get what you pay for... I bought my tahoe for 23,000... I could have paid 12,000 for one... but it was a 99 and a piece of shit in comparison... you get what you pay for mayne... you should go peep my preamp thread...


as far as the first question... since you want to do it with as little money as possible... emu 1212. that has the connection you need... hell don't even do that... use the soundcard that came with your computer.
