    For The Fat,Chubby, Husky, Skinny-Fat, Kids.

    HIIT [< All you need to know. High Intesnity Interval Training.] This is the best cardio you will ever do, the shortest, the hardest, the most grueling, and will transform you. It will make ur metabolism faster for up to 24 hours, it builds cardiovascular, it builds lower body, it burn's up to 9x more FAT, than a normal 30 - 60 minute cardio session. This is what you basically do:

    You start out a normal 2 minute warm up, running normal-low intesnity. (If you choose to run, this can be done: swimming, rowing, biking, etc - I run.) Or you can just start out from the get-go, 30-45 second low intesnity - medium intesnity jog. Than you SPRINT as fast as you can 30-45 second's, than jog. And you continue this for 10-15 minute's, than just jog normally to "cool down", for 1-2 minute's, and your done. I guarntee if you do it correctly, by actually sprinting as hard as you can, at the end, you will be exhausted.

    Ask someone here who is into working out/nutrtion: Chrit, RXL, Emerge, etc etc. They will tell you the wonder's of this, this is great for boxer's as well, or aspiring boxers. Because it's like the ring, 1 round it can be slow, next high intesnity.

    So, Basically its Fartlek training but with longer parameters...

    This forms the basis of our early pre-season training at Football, as well as long distance running and weight training to regain muscle lost over the summer. It does work, and works well in building match fitness simulating match conditions.

    im still eatin a lot of food like chicken noodles (what we had for dinner last nite) so will it affect it a lot if i continue doin that?

    Thank god, I mean, Im not fat, no one thinks I am, but I think I am.. for some reason.. So I guess if I improve my body by doing this, then I wont have to think I'm fat. Just another step towards being confident.. Thanks

    Of course, eat healthy, you feel healthy, you become healthy. The more you pysch yourself up to feeling healthy, the more it will actually happen. I mean, exercise is essential, but if you diet it's always good.

    My metabolism is too fast I eat like a
    500 pounder well sometimes...and I am
    still like 140.. I am a healthy strong 140
    but man talk about genetics...no matter how
    many push ups I do I stay the same however I get
    crazy strong....I used to lift weights and all that does
    is make me cut up....I refuse to use those drinks that
    make you bigger because my bro did and he got kina fat lol.



    so yeah I need some tips lol...I guess I am too active to gain
    any type of weight push ups do help somewhat though.
    especially elevated push ups and squats ..
