    im also working out a running trying to eat better
    my working out is going good but my diet is pretty sporadic

    i have accually gained close to 30 pounds in the last 2.5 months...

    i am at 150 as of tonight when i weighed myself.

    when i started i was around 124

    im lookin sick as fuck now... cut as shit i love it
