I get those microwavable lean cuisine type dinners when I dont feel like cooking, and when I do cook its something simple that has alot of veggies and baked chicken, or turkey. KFC isnt really the best place to eat, cause its like, who really wants to peel the skin off? Its the best part. So I just avoid it altogether, try going to deli's, get nutritional facts sheets from them so you know what your consumin. Taco bell is alright, well a few of their things. Like a steak Chalupa supreme is only like 270 calories I believe, and thats the only thing I ever ate there anyway so it works out great.

Yea, my face is slimming down too, I no longer have a double chin, lol. But yea, thats why I work out, I dont want my skin to be lose when Im done with the weight loss part.

yea, i dont know how much longer im gonna play....probly this year and maybe next year...im just hurting my knees and shit for something i love but isnt gonna pay off in the long run... plus i have high cholesterol and all the other stuff that comes with being fat.
