    Yea man, Ill eventually lose all my fat areas, its like, Ive gotten so accustom to my diet that I actually enjoy it, I have no desire to go to fast food places, or pig out at buffets.

    Yea, Star lost her weight the wrong way, I think when you do it with surgery and diet pills that it makes you lose weight, but look akward at the same time. Diet and excercise takes away the fat and weight slower but it does it more evenly throughout the body. And also makes the muscles more prominent.

    I lost weight during my weight trainin class for high school now that summer is here i wont exercise as much besides basketball, cuz we ran like hell in that class, in biology class our teacher said to loose wieght you dont really have to diet it doesnt matter what you eat just as long as you can burn it all off exercising
