Well you have only some who will vote on "good" heads ONLY. So that brings the toll down to none on most of the battles.
yeah i think born should change this, like every1 in this league has to vote on AT LEAST half of the battles, if he doesnt, hes DQd or is given a loss... anything to make them vote more... cuz sometimes the battle is close and 30+ votes would tottaly make a difference
