very plain get creative use brushes n filters on duplicated layers of the pic or background to give it a creative fell or some shit

Thats why it dosen't look like it can go together..
The way the dood glows is really lamo, u need to blend better so the guy doesnt stand out so much. and if the guy was darker colour wise it look alot better too, light on dark stands out to much.
