    producers contract..

    do u fellas write ur own shit up?...if u have an outline pm me or send it to my email plz....

    my boy is a producer...he works with some real shit,none of this FL stuff...and i told him about selling his beats online...he never wrote a contract when he sold beats locally,its all a hand shake and a verbal agreement when sells his shit to local artists...

    i would write one for him but knowing myself i'll leave out some bullshit loophole these fuckas can get away with...

    anywho...help would be much appreciated

    oh yeah do u copyright ur shit?i know he cant copyright sampled beat cuz of da clearance issue...but how about the nonsampled beats,do u guys copyright it before u write down the contract?

    is there any loopholes we should know about?

    (sorry im clueless when it comes to paper work)

I have contracts... you can copywrite sampled beats... you just copywrite what you did to it... drums... patterns... bass addins... etc... as for nonsampled... copywrite it before you sell it... that way... the contract actually holds weight.
