In your hometown that someone has to visit while they're there, either the most bumping place in town or some place you feel really represents your city?
In Chattanooga, it has to be the Local/Big Ben's Barbeque. No signs, just a bunch of tags, throw-ups and murals along the side of the building. Both places open around 7 and don't close until 4 in the morning, so you can down $1.50 drafts all night and then stumble over and get yourself some real southern BBQ. Only place I know that plays heavy metal one night and hip-hop the next. And the're all local bands. And in case you aren't digging the music, there's a halfway house and a pool hall on either side if you feel like talking to some crackheads or playing 9-ball.
