So I eat at work, I have this little ass bowl of corn flakes (3/4 cup on the label), and a little vitamin D milk. And dont eat for a minute, but I just love to come home, eat a PB sandwich, protein shake, like 4 yogurts. Hunger can move a man at speeds not possible.
