hmmm try going too... options>device order>playback devices> "then make sure your device has [EV] next to it... if it doesnt..then click on your device in the screen to the right(it should become highlighted)...and then click "use in EV"... (edit view)

yeah it does have the EV next to it, but it still won't let me play in in edit waveform view.....hmmm....

i dont know whats wrong but you shouldnt be applying the fx in the wave form view anyway. what.. do you just guess what the fx are gonna sound like with the beat? i dont get why people think its a good idea to do that.
i so thought i was the man at applying effects till opey showed me what an fx rack was LOL!

I thought I had that problem once, but I realized that when I was switching to edit view the cursor was jumping to the end of the track... so I put the cursor back at the beginning and it was okay... I felt like a fuckin' retard when I realized that shit...
