My brother's life was stolen, as if by a thief
I never knew the dude, but may he rest in peace
I just hope and I pray,that he made it thru heaven's gate
What is this shit life we live,but so-called destiny and fate?
I wonder how my mother could cope
Knowing he was soon to die,but without giving up hope
He did not live a long and prosperous life
It was as if the doctors gave my mother false hope
And stabbed her in the back with a knife
Well Damon, I hope you're in a better place
But I can't help but hide my face
Since I'm so full of disgrace
For when you died, the hospital was sued
And dad bought shit for himself, instead of spending it on you
I pray to God, for the answers that may help
But until I find them, I think of you and no longer myself
I'm so confused,why did my brother die?
And I'm not sure if God exists,maybe we're all just living a lie
As these tears fall from my eyes
I fear all,but my own demise
Damon is here with me today
He seems to be a part of me,and is here to stay
I never knew him,not even for a moment in my life

i couldn't bare to stare at him cause his blood he was drenched in
so now i sit in this dark room suicidal tacticts crossin in my brain
my whole train of thought switched over like a car changin lanes
starin at my closet homeboi drowning in a pool of a G's Blood
that made me snap into reality i don't think i can be a thug
this shit ain't right for me i think that christ would be right for me
i bet my nigga's thinkin this life is better nothin but quiet peace
my hearts wrenched in his blood he was drenched layin dead
thoughts of lookin at him gasping his last breath remain n my head
he was a loyal soldier in da hoods army he earned his damn stripes
so when i cry i'm not mourning those are proud tears that i wipe
but still i drink a fifth of henessy it's my way of just replenishing..
my mind cause the thoughts of him always come never finishing
the sorrow that i'm livin in don't amount to the way i feel
i'll love that nigga to the death and no joke i'm speakin real
when i get there homeboi tell me how it feels standin by god

sry it took so long i'm still grounded and my uncle came and if he would have saw me on da computer i would have got in more trouble
