How the HELL do you resize them?! It keeps saying I have a blah-blah amount of bytes and I'm clueless on how to...do something....without it saying it. I want a different avy but when I change it it says that, but it will let me take off the one I have now and change the color and stuff.

I'm trying to decipher your teeange girl talk, and I think you are saying your av is too big...
Possible problems.
1. When you made changes to your av it's bigger than the limit, so you have to either save it as lower quality or smaller dimensions so the overall byte size is smaller.
2. When the post counts were taken off, your av dimensions limit was also decreased, so you have to use a smaller pic than what you have now.

When it denies your av, it will give you the reason or what the maximum file size and dimensions are... Just stay within those limits.
