my newest one is on the top someone teach me how to make boarders please. and also othet hints to make me bg's better. the tutorials for rb just are hard to find good ones and i dont quite understand some shit they say and sometimes the person who made the help forum in the links doesnt show how they did it.

Try using brushes and different techniques. Far as a border. You will select all [Crtl A] and then go to Edit-->Stroke--> 1px color black [or whatever color u want]
Don't use filters unless you know how to use them correctly, when used wrong they ruin sigs.

nah. im not that good at cutting out yet. need some more practice.
just keep working and reading tutorials.. and put border and use brushes...and then just keep practicing and you should get the hang of it.
