What are your thoughts on screwed and chopped hip-hop? and are there any tracks that sound better when screwed and chopped than they did as originals?

Eh, it's okay. I'm from the South and I don't really like it that much. Some song's sound dope chop & screwed and other's sound gay, for example I heard T.I.'s "You Don't Know Me" chopped & screwed and it was dope, and then I heard some Mike Jones shit and it sounded even gayer then it originally did.
