I flew through the hours
Thumbing through yellowed pages
Pondering the collected teachings
Of the long forgotten sages
I sat in stillness
In meditative trances
Did my best without a guess
Mimicking ancient dances
I blew off my imposing orbit
Challenging my chances
All the while ignoring
The condescending glances
I controlled my breath
And then I stilled my mind
Felt the phantom vibrations
Tingling in my spine
I let go---Released
Saw life for the very first time
Hovering near the ceiling
Like a light within a light
But not quite right
How high is higher?
For an electro-magnetic flier
Am I capable of writing
The words that will inspire
What more can I possibly say?
A sarcasstic, skeptical philosopher
Found out beyond the shadow of doubt
First:
There is life after life
Second:
God is real, alive, and well
For the purpose of ontological argument
God is Love, Truth, Me and You
God is Energy, Light,
Daytime at night
God is the Kingdom of Heaven
Inside you and all around you
God is Consciousness,
An Omniscient observer
Can a fish explain the water in which it swims?
God is an ocean of memories
Knowing neither time nor distance
Are you still waiting for a burning bush?
Instead of demanding that God
Should move heaven and earth for you
Move yourself and witness
The universe is in you
God Bless
Peace
