Ok...this is what you do...When you put text on a render or just a normal BG..there is option up top on the tool bar when u select the text option. There will say smooth on a drop panel...click the down arrow and it should have the following like: smooth, crisp, etc.
there should be a thing somewhere at the top right around there for fonts that has Crsip smooth etc:

Well I can never get my shit transparent, so I just put the bg as the exact color of the board its gonna be used for ...
but I save all my files as PNGs ...

k i just done it as the same colour back ground instead of transparent but when i printscreend to get the backgorund colour its a different shade a grey?! can anyone help me again?
oh and i could find any setting to change the anti-aliainses or what ever it was or how to make the text crisp lol...
