Not too well schooled on economics. But i don't think the British Pound being stronger has too much relevance. Cos it's ultimately about economics, and the US is much bigger economically.
Also, surely if your currency is too strong it'll scare away potential foreign investors.
Hmmmm, and when you order stuff from America over £30 you can get charged a fair bit of import tax too.

nah you dont have to get taxed. if you order it ask the guys there to write replacement on it or stick a sticker on the packaging saying replacement. as you only pay tax on it once, the supposed first time, you tend to get away with it. i did this with my ipod, my jacket few things actually. it only samller shops tho that will do it i rang amazon and asked but they told me to stop being cheeky and threatend to cancel my order...
