I guess you could say I have a weak lower back. It hurts if I do a lot of extreme lifting and such. Well anyway, I have been doing leg-lifts, scissorkicks, and flutterkicks every night for the past week or so to work my abs and such. One of the coaches at my school said leg lifts help to strengthen your back. Anywho, last night, when I went to do leg lifts, as I was doing them I felt some pain in my back. It wasn't unbearable pain, but it was there. Dev. (from RB) said that flutterkicks are bad for you, and is this what he meant?
Is the pain natural from the exercises I've been doing, or could it get worse and be a potential threat to my health?
