Thread: Verba Obscura

    Verba Obscura

    A lithoidal spherical entity,
    peregrinating in a brachystochrone,
will not instigate the conglomeration of Sphagnum fimbriatum.

Why should man be confined to the notation of statements through a imprisonment of
    lacking vocabulary?

Anyways, this is a VERY common proverb in a sesquepadalian.

your vocabulary is good and your grammar is poor

    a persistent penchant for ponderousness
straggles simperingly in lieu of the phallacious protuberance
    confirmed indubitably, undeniably, ineluctably
and in all other painfully flagrant aliases for the point-obvious phraseology

    a weak and malnourished ego
    begging for acceptance
    without accepting its own limitations.

Shrunken balls disorder is not a laughing matter.
It is the cause of many a horrid poem
and must be treated with extreme prejudice.
Search the abstract community, along with the thug rap cyphers
and any other sight of false braggadacio.
    Numbers rising at terrifying rate.

Maybe you can tell us what some of these words mean. If it aint a highly cynical attempt at making some point.

I got all the words except the last (at least you got me using me dictionairy). And from that...it provoked some kind of profound images in my head. Mainly due to the descriptions in the dictionary - helped somewhat by the way you combined them. But combinations (uneven or even) seem to provoke something in me. Meh.

Er, don't expect much comments. And i edge towards what elephant said.

elephaunt your an idiot and you that sucked dick.
A verba obscura is a simple statement made very sesquepadalian,to serve as a mind game.

"A rolling stone gathers no moss" Is what it means.
    Its not even abstract look:

    A lithoidal spherical entity,-ROCK/STONE
    peregrinating in a brachystochrone,-MOVING DOWNWARD
will not instigate the conglomeration of Sphagnum fimbriatum.-WONT COLLECT MOSS

This was a little linguistic exersise like thing.
    Elephaunt,Ive had enough of you.
You idiot, this wasnt even abstract,in the least bit,it was one hundred percent concrete.
You cant even distinguish metaphor from literal meaning man.
And you try to act like youve got a vocabulary, every "big" word you used started with P.
You decrepit poet, you cannot critique something you dont understand.
So unless you wisen up a bit dont reply to me.
Ive been told my work was some of the best,by a professor whos studied poetry for a very, very long time, and really-I dont care what you have to say.
Just make sure next time you reply to me,you have at least a bit of comprehension over what your replying to.

    dude... what is the point?

you should work on spelling common words like elephant and exercise

really the only thing here is to pique curiousity over the vocab

otherwise i just don't see what you're up to
    Hence Forward

I just did it to exerisise my vocabulary, its not a poem.
Like i said its an exersise.
If you want to see, trully, some of the best poetry, look at "winter's allegory"

^Well maybe you should explain when posting it up. As it doesn't take a Social analyst with a stupid growing beard to work out it's gonna drop to the bottom of the ocean for most.

Let those reading interact with it more. Make it freaking accessible.

The semantics are there, complex things require study.
    Not this,to me,this is nothing.
This isnt a poem, its just a little exersise.
    My poetry is dominant,poignant.
    And requires study.
But this isnt a poem, its an exersise of vocabulary,i thought youd be able to see that.

    Good use of alliteration?

DALC, I told you before that your spelling and grammar were severely lacking. There's just no point in 'exercising vocabulary' if the message is completely lost in the process.

It may have been lost to you.....But not to serious poets and thinkers.
