actually De is right about the education. hes got the right idea. just make sure that includes music business courses as well. but emerge is half right. if you're not marketable and musicly talented you'll get nowhere as an artist. u dont have to be marketable to be a producer tho, but u do need musical talent. every other position in the industry doesnt involve talent of any kind tho... just education and good charisma. and there are more high paying jobs in the industry that are easier to get than being an artist.
btw.. the saying is "the pot calling the kettle black."
Sure going to school is a great idea if you are going to get serious, but that still means nothing when you are competing with thousands of other people who are already musically talented.
Anyhow I am done with this kid, and done with helping people on the net as well because they are ungratefull faggots.
