if you wanted to make money off of it you'd have to find out who owned the publishing rights... and you would have to pay them... as well as the artist royalties for using the song... as far as the copyright it will be takin care of when you talk to the publisher and find out how much money they want per copy... OOOOOOOOOOOOOOR... just use it and make money off of it and shut the fuck up about it... and since you aren't signed... don't worry about it...
