Open it in some kind of photo imaging program and resize it in there. You have got one of these right? Then you save it as a smaller image. Then you either post as an attachment or you upload it to photobucket or whatever and post it through the links.

upload it to a site... i use freewebs... upload it... go to tha image directory shit... copy tha link
