    Nas - Street Disciple

Man.. I've checked RB a few days since it came out and ain't seen one thread.

I thought this was the Hip Hop Lounge you tools.

Anyway.. I'm gonna buy it tomorrow.. heard it's decent enough.

Anyone got it yet? What's it like man?

Also Soulseek is now a pay service?

To be honest I'm not a huge fan of double albums, I would've liked to see Nas choose the best songs and put it out as a single album instead but having said that this is a great album to have, its definately worth buying. I'd probably go as far as to saying that this is one of the best double albums ever.

buy it man, its got some ill songs.. got some ok ones.
i personally love tha song live now feat scarlett... one of those deep songs thats just sick.
ive been bumpin it since i got it and it's solid

kinda tha opposite of illmatic... its a long album instead of a really short one... and he speaks as a rapper whose been around and means a lot now, as opposed to a young kid in illmatic

    its good tho
The most important thing in a hip-hop song is how it sounds. Followed by the emotions it summons, the message it sends, and finally, the lyrical prowess it displays. Because NONE of you can really make a hip-hop song sound good, 90% of you have lost touch with these facts. Instead you listen to hip-hop backwards and your taste reflects that.

its good, on the first cd, the first few songs, take a day or two to get used to, well it did for me, but its a dope album once you get used to those few songs, obviously not as good as Illmatic, and its close with God's Son
