This was taught to me while i was serving in the millitary as a Para ( Parachute Regiment ).. It took me a whole month to remember what to do & im still practising it to this day ( Just to strengthen my technique)..
It us done by pushing your index behind the collar bone, by then pulling it outwards until you fell it clicking ( Dislocating type click, though it actualy snaps).. After the snap/ Click, you push the collar bone down as fast as possible.. It automaticly stabbs through the Aorta.. Blaoh, Dyce Deaded
